Poncey-Highland is located in the heart of Intown Atlanta, originating at the intersection of Ponce de Leon and North Highland Avenues, for which the neighborhood is named. Founded in the early 1900's, the neighborhood is now home to dozens of restaurants and pubs, as well as Freedom Park and the Carter Center Presidential Museum. Poncey-Highland is south of Virginia-Highland west of Candler Park, north of Inman Park and east of Old Fourth Ward.
